To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all guests, please review our cancellation policy below.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled tea ceremony (based on Japan Standard Time).
- For cancellations made more than 5 days in advance, a full refund will be processed.
In the rare event that Ichika must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
