To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all guests, please review our updated policy:

Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled tea ceremony will receive a 100% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 15 days of the ceremony are non-refundable.
Provider Cancellation: If Ichika must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
